I have enjoyed your website so far, but I have to tell you, this wristband company has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered some almost a month ago after reading this tip, never got the confirmation email. Called a few days after the order and they looked it up and said ‘oh yes it is processing.’ Called today, took them For-EV-er to find it in the system, and said ‘there was a problem with the shipment in production, we will have to remake them and you will get them in a week to ten days”…um, nope, I’m on the single digit count-down my friend, not good enough. The lady barely spoke english, would not offer any discount or partial refund, could not guarantee getting them to me in time, and when I asked ‘well geez, what would have happened with this order if I HAD NOT called to TRACK IT DOWN”…to which she had no answer. SO… I love the idea of this and it is a good tip, but I would NOT recommend this particular company.
I appreciate the feedback, I will take them down as a link. The last thing that I want is for others to have a bad experience such as yourself. I have had relatives in the past use them with great satisfaction.
